Not your run-of-the-mill mixer.

One of our partner equipment manufacturers is a company called Ystral, who manufacture mixers.  Ystral Mixers are not just any mixer however.  This video provides a good example.  Using an Ystral Conti 3 you can observe the induction of 100 Kg of sugar into water in just 15 seconds!
